Managing Editor

The Quoddy Tides newspaper, based in Eastport, has an immediate opening for a managing editor, 30 to 40 hours a week. Experience in journalism preferred; proven integrity and judgment concerning the role of the press necessary; command of rules of grammar required; passion for serving communities in the Quoddy region essential. The position will include reporting and editing, managing a website and social media platforms and working with reporters in developing and assigning articles.
