A Honduran man who has worked at businesses in Harrington and Lubec was charged on February 6 in U.S. District Court in Bangor with visa fraud. Miguel Villanueva had produced false documentation when he applied to work at Worcester Wreath and ISF Trading Inc.

Man charged in Marshfield shooting deaths
A 25-year-old Machias man has been charged with two counts of murder in connection with the early morning shooting deaths on Wednesday, January 23, of a 41-year-old Eastport man and 29-year-old woman that occurred at the latter's Marshfield home.
