Public input sets Perry land use map changes in motion

The Perry Comprehensive Plan Committee met at the Perry Municipal Building on September 21 to address issues raised at an August 9 public hearing. Voters at the Perry town meeting on August 24 had rejected the comprehensive plan by a vote of 38-22.

Residents of Perry debate and reject comprehensive plan

Voters in the Town of Perry came together at their annual meeting on the night of August 24 to voice their opinions and cast votes on 57 articles presented to them by town officials. On the beautiful clear night, emotions ran high inside the Perry Elementary School.

Perry residents vote to approve addition to municipal building

About 40 people attended the annual Perry town meeting and voted on 64 articles in just over two hours. Residents engaged in a lengthy discussion on whether to allow the town to construct a 30'x 50' addition to the existing municipal building on Route 1.
